I had an episode free last night thank the lord. God is great. I will continue to keep an eye on myself and pray. I'm not taking that medicine anymore either.

give the doctor some insight on what's going on cause my mind is still strong but my flesh grows weak..

I don't know how much more of these episodes/attacks I can take bevause the pain is unbearable even for the few seconds it lasts. lord please help me

The on call doctor suggested I sleep sitting up and to take an advil until I can speak to dr wade in the morning. Or I should go to the ER if it worsens

I had michelle to talk to tonight about the back to back episodes. Bless her cause I needed to call somebody. I also called the on call doctor.

I just pray to god for strength, ease, and comfort, because I. Wouldn't wish these feelings on anyone. Thank god I had steven and sean last night. Bless them

Ok.. I had two back to back episodes where the feeling was a paralyzed type feeling , heat under my skin, and filled with pain. I'm currently afraid to lay down

It never happened like that before. I'm usually just dizzy or off balance. This tine I felt a lot of heat and tingling and felt like I was gonna be paralyzed

I'm just gonna go take my meds early and see if that helps. Oh lord. I wonder if that's what montel williams was talking about when he was on oprah?

Oh lord I had an MS attack this morning that frghtened me. It was very painful and crippling. It lasted for a minute give or take. That never happened before.

1. Battled Obesity!!

2. Hydradenitis Suprativa (my skin issue where i was allergic to my own sweat...the weight loss has that under control)

3. Sleep Apnea ( the weight loss has that under control...WOO HOO NO MORE SNORING)

4. Gastric Bypass Surgery (Bariatric Surgery) FAT NO MORE!!! WOO HOO

5. Arythmia (extra heart beat, needed lo pressor, and weight loss corrected that)
6. Inner thigh LIfts (got rid of some excess skin due to th weight loss)

7. Peniculectomy (Partial Tummy Tuck)

8. Multiple Sclerosis (New)

It's never a dull day in the world of PAul. LOL..I feel like a medical handbook..LOL.....Hmm did I forget anything...OHHHHH

9. The numerous medical tests which are but not limited to: Bone scans, CT Scans, mant blood tests, EKG's, MRI's with and without dye...the dye is an injection..so they can view other things better....lol...SPINAL TAP....the lord brought me thru that one.....

FRIDAY"S...Happy Friday

Fridays are like chipmunks, small and elusive, especially the tails. They rummage about in the week's garbage trying to figure out what's going to grow. what can be ignored, because it won't fight back, and what's going to rot. Friday nights can be date-less misery, but they can also offer comfort like all-nighter video games topped with a 5-scoop bowl of ice cream....mmmmm yummmmmm...

THURSDAYS...How was yours??

Thursdays are like bowling balls, heavy with the weeks momentum. Sometimes when you pick them up, you find the holes right away, and you know everything's rolling fine. Sometimes, while your hand scrabbles and slides along the sphere searching for control, you know another ball is thundering into the ball return, ready to FLATTEN YOUR FINGERS. LOL Thursdays are pretty much like that: EITHER THE WEEK IS RUMBLING TOWARD A STRIKE, OR IT'S READY TO THUMP INTO THE GUTTER.

Here is another installment that I found interesting, and also beneficial for people who are testing or dealing with MS. How to exercise is very important. In my case, I am noticing that my mobility is changing slowly. Currently some exercises that i used to do, I'm now kind of leary of doing, due to the fact I find I'm a little clumsy or my balance is a little off these days. Like for instance I would go to the highest limit of power walking on the treadmill, where I'm going extremely fast. I'm afraid to do that these days in fear of tripping and falling down on the treadmill. So I'm going to have to take it a little slowere these days and build back up to that momentum. Also I find that when I do things that uses alot of my energy I tend to get really dizzy. Even dancing. Which I love to do. My heads starts to spin, and I just have to take seat for a few minutes, or stay still.

using a wrench.

At the hospital, the child lost all his fingers due to multiple
fractures. When the child saw his father.....with painful eyes he
asked, 'Dad when will my fingers grow back?' The man was so hurt and
speechless; he went back to his car and kicked it a lot of times.
Devastated by his own actions......sitting in front of that car he
looked at the scratches; the child had written 'LOVE YOU DAD'.

The next day that man committed suicide. . .
Anger and Love have no limits; choose the latter to have a beautiful,
lovely life..... Things are to be used and people are to be loved,
But the problem in today's world is that, People are used and things
are loved.... During this year, let's be careful to keep this thought
in
