Someone needs to hear what you have to say about an important matter. A person who looks up to you is hoping to receive advice from you, but may be afraid to ask. You, on the other hand, may be worried that if you jump in and start offering guidance it will be rejected or resented. But what you have to offer is actually critical to your friend's or loved one's success. If you are uncomfortable about approaching someone with a solution or with an offer of assistance, you can present your help in a more subtle way. Make it known that you are available, and your offer will be accepted.
