If you want to convince someone of something today, don't try to do so through a logical debate or a spelling out of the facts. If you want to change someone's mind, you will need to do so by demonstration; by living your conviction. There is no shortcut. However, first you must consider whether you're really sure of your position. There may be more to a situation than you have yet seen. Give it some time. Give it some additional thought. If you move too quickly now to sway someone to your side of an argument, you may wind up eating humble pie.
