TO ACHIVE DREAMS...REMEMBER YOUR ABC'S

Avoid negative sources, people, places, things and habits

Beleive in yourself

Consider things from every angle

Don't give up and don't give in

Enjoy life today: yesterday is gone and tomorrow may never come

Family and friends are hidden treasures: seek them and enjoy their riches

Give more than you planned to

Hang on to your dream

Ignore those who try to discourage you

Just do it

Keep trying no matter how hard it seems, it will get easier

Love yourself first and most

Make it happen

Never lie, cheat or steal: always strike a fair deal

Open your eyes and see things as they really are

Practice makes perfect

Quitters never win, and winners never quit

Read, study and learn about everything important in your life

Stop Procrastinating

Take control of your own destiny

Understand yourself in order to better understand others

SHIFTING

Well today is my last day working the night shift. Hence the title of the post called "Shifting". I've worked off hour shifts for many years. Actually the last time I worked a morning shift was at Fleet Bank, now known as Bank of America encoding checks in Lockbox.

My new hours here at work will be 10am-6:30pm. This new "shift" will enable me to take classes during the week at UB so that I can finish my degree development at a faster pace. This new shift will also allow me to participate in hobbies that I love which includes singing, socializing with friends, and family, and also participating in networking opportunities for my business.

It was time, and God opened up the opportunity. I grabbed at the chance to shift into another stage of my life to get where I need and want to be. Shifting to these new hours, will enable to shift into my desired field and out of my current place of employment. Which will not feel like work, because I'm going to love what I do.

I emplore everyone out there to SHIFT when you see the opportunity. It only knocks once. Maybe twice. Open the door and walk into your destiny. We only have one life to live.

God gave us a gift. Our gift to him is to use our gifts he bestowed onto us.
