45 LESSONS IN LIFE #eeeen heeeeen :)
1. Life isn't fair, but it's still good.
2. When in doubt, just take the next small step.
3. Life is too short to waste time on hating people.
4. Your Job won't take care of you when you're sick. Your friends, and parents will. STAY IN TOUCH!!
5. Pay off your credit cards every mont.
6. You don't have to win every argument. Agree to disagree.
7. Cry with someone. It's more healing than crying alone.
8. It's OK to get angry with God. HE can take it.
9. Save for retirement starting with your 1st paycheck.
10. When it comes to chocolate. Resistance is futile.
11. Make peace with your past, so it won't screw up your present.
12. It's ok to let your children see you cry.
13. Don't compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is about.
14. If a relationship has to be a secret. You shouldn't be in it.
15. Everything can change in the blink of an eye. But don't worry: GOD NEVER BLINKS
16. Take a deep breath. It calms the mind.
17. Get rid of everything that isn't useful, beautiful or joyful.
18. Whateverdoesn't kill you really makes you stronger.
19. It's never too late to have a happy childhood. But the second one is up to you, and no one else.
20. Burn the candles, use the nice sheets, wear the fancy ligerie. Don't wait for a special occasion. Today is special.
21.When it comes to going after what you love in life. Don't take NO for an answer!
22. Over prepare, then go withthe flow.
23. Be eccentric NOW!! Don't wait for old age to wear purple.
24. THE MOST IMPORTANT SEX ORHAN IS THE BRAIN!!!!
25. No one is in charge of your happiness, but you!!
26. Frame every so-called disaster withthese words "will this matter in 5 years"
27. Always choose life
28. Forgive Everyone...Everything
29. What other people think of you is NONE of YOUR business!
30.Time heals almost everything. Give time, time.

LESSONS FROM GEESE
LESSONS FROM GEESE
FACT 1:
As each Goose flaps its’ wings it creates “uplift” for the birds that follow. By flying in a”V” formation, the whole flock achieves a 71% greater range than if each bird flew alone.
Lesson:
People who share a common direction, and sense of community can get where they are going quicker, and easier, because they are traveling on the thrust of one another.
FACT 2:
When a Goose falls out of formation, it suddenly feels the drag, and resistance of flying alone. It quickly moves back into formation to take advantage of the lifting power of the bird immediately in front of it.
Lesson:
If we have as much sense as a Goose we stay in formation with those headed whre we want to go. We are willed to accept their help, and give our help to others.
FACT 3:
When the lead Goose tires, it rotates back into the formation, and another goose flies to the point position.
Lesson:
It pays to take turns doing the hard tasks, and sharing leadership. As with Geese, people are interdependent on each other’s skills, capabilities, and unique arrangements of gifts, talents or resources.
FACT 4:
The Geese flying in formation honk to encourage those up front to keep up their speed.
Lesson:
We need to make sure our honking is encouraging. In groups where there is encouragement, the production is much greater. The power of encouragement (to stand by one’s heart or core values, and encourage the heart and core of others) is the quality of honking we seek.
FACT 5:
When a Goose gets sick, wounded or shot down, two Geese drop out of formation, and follow it down to help, and protect it. They stay with it until it dies or is able to fly again. Then, they launch out with another formation or catch up with the flock.
Lesson:
If we have as much sense as Geese, we will stand by each other in difficult times aswell as when we are strong.

GET UP ONE MORE TIME THAN YOU'VE FALLEN DOWN
This is from an excerpt of a book I'm reading called You Can Do It by John Mason.............Please enjoy as much as I have :)
"Have you ever faqiled or made a mistake? Good, then this nugget is for you. The fact that you've failed is proof that you're not finished. Failures and mistakes can be a bridge, not a barracade to success."
Psalm37: 23-24 says,
The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord: and he delighteth in his way. Thoug hhe fall, he shall not be utterly cast down: For the Lord upholdeth him with his hand.
Failure may look like a fact, but it's only an opinion. Successful people believe that mistakes are just feedback. It's not how far you fall, but how high you bounce that makes all the difference.
